2024 Cavedon Chardonnay King Valley – Cavedon wines are cool climate, single-vineyard wines from a third generation vineyard in the King Valley. Gabe & Pia started making small batch wines to celebrate the hard work of Pia’s father, Dino Cavedon, after they took over the vineyard in 2017. The wines are a pure expression of their vineyard, with a focus on experimenting with the otherwise traditional varieties and methods of the region.A modern take on Australia’s traditional expression of Chardonnay.
