Colour, Nose & Tasting Notes Colour: Yellow amber Aroma: Delicate yet captivating, with hints of fennel Tasting Notes: Notes of rosemary, orange, and a medley of spices, with cinnamon and cardamom standing out Perfect Serve Classic: Add a few ice cubes to an old-fashioned glass and pour Licor Beirão. For a citrus twist, add a few drops of lemon. Caipirão: Muddle half a lime, cut into quarters, in a glass. Add crushed ice, then pour 6cl of Licor Beirão over it. Maracujão: Mix passion fruit juice and lemon juice in a glass, fill with crushed ice, pour a shot of Licor Beirão, stir vigorously, add two straws, and serve.
