Hot Cross Bunny Cake Instructions What you need: 3 medium eggs; 150g soft butter; 60ml milk; mixing bowl; wooden spoon; 8”/20cm square baking tin; greaseproof paper. 1.Pre-heat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Line tin with greaseproof paper. Add the contents of the bottle, egg, butter and milk to a bowl and mix until a smooth batter is formed. 4.Pour into the baking tin and spread evenly. Bake in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes or until golden on top and springy to touch. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Once cool, remove from the tin and slice. Store in an airtight container.
