Method What you need: 3 large eggs; 150g very soft butter; 15ml milk; 50ml vegetable oil, mixing bowl; wooden spoon; 8”/20cm square baking tin; greaseproof paper. 1.Pre-heat oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4 2. Line tin with greaseproof paper. 3. Add the contents of the bottle, egg, butter, milk and oil to a bowl and mix until a smooth batter is formed. 4.Pour into the baking tin. 5. Bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes until lightly golden on top or until a knife poked in the middle of the sponge comes out clean. 7. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Once cool, remove from the tin and slice. Store in an airtight container.
